FAQ - Brontibay

In France:

The delivery is ensured by Colissimo against signature or Colissimo relay point against signature, you can also opt for a DHL with tracking.
Delivery is free from €50 purchase.
The costs vary from €6.50 to €12 depending on the service you choose, the choice of which appears at the time of checkout.

In Europe:

The delivery is assured by our provider DHL or by La Poste in Colissimo according to your zones of deliveries.
The costs, the choice of provider and delivery times vary according to the country.
The confirmation of the delivery costs will be displayed in the basket once the delivery address is filled in.
Delivery costs are free for orders of €150 or more.

Internationally outside the euro zone:

The delivery is ensured by our provider DHL or by La Poste in Colissimo according to your zones of deliveries.
The costs, the choice of provider and delivery times vary according to the country.
The confirmation of the delivery costs will be displayed in the basket once the delivery address has been filled in.
Delivery costs are free for orders over €200.
Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to duties and taxes that may be required by local customs services depending on the amount of your order and the country of delivery.

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.

To return your order, please follow the procedure below:

From Metropolitan France:

- Complete this returns form, print it out and enclose it with your product(s) in the return package(s).

Returns without this completed form cannot be processed and will not be refunded.

Colissimo return postage will be paid by Brontibay and then deducted from your refund according to this schedule:

6 for orders under €50

8 for orders of €50 or more

Once you've filled in the form, you can download a Colissimo shipping label.

In the event that you wish to arrange your own return shipment and receive a full refund, Brontibay advises you to send your return shipment via the postal service of your choice by recorded delivery with required signature.
If you decide to send your package without signature or without recommendation, and in case of loss or theft Brontibay will not be held responsible, it is only the proof of delivery to our address that is authentic. Please keep your proof of delivery.
Returned products must be in their original condition, labels must not be detached. Returned products showing signs of wear will not be refunded.
Refunds will be processed 7 to 10 working days after receipt of your return.

Brontibay will pay the return shipping costs and then deduct them from your refund according to this schedule:

12 for orders under €70

15.50 for orders of €70 or more

In the case of loss or theft Brontibay will not be held responsible, only the proof of delivery to our address prevails. Please keep your proof of delivery.
Returned products must be in their original condition, labels must not be detached. Any product returned with wear marks will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued 7 to 10 working days after receipt of your return.

For returns from countries outside the European Union, please log in and complete this returns form.

Return shipping costs will be paid by Brontibay and then deducted from your refund.

Return shipping costs are estimated at 29€ for the USA, Switzerland and Canada, 38€ for the rest of the world, and will be confirmed by our partner Rever.

The Rever return platform will guide you through the return process, including customs declaration and the most suitable service provider for your location.

You can also do this yourself; in this case we advise you to use an international express carrier, to ensure that no charges are applied on receipt of the parcel. If any charges and/or taxes are applied on receipt of the parcel, it will be refused or these charges and/or taxes will be deducted from your refund.

You have the possibility to use BRONTIBAY gift cards. They are transferable and can be offered as a gift.
They are fully refundable, up to 14 days after their purchase date, provided that they have not been used for a purchase that precedes the refund request.
The gift card is refundable like all products, it is no longer refundable either after 14 days of its purchase date or after its total or partial use.

In the case of a return of a product purchased with a gift card, this return gives the right to a credit note on a future order or an exchange for another product of the same price.

In case of exchange for a cheaper product or benefiting from a sale, we will regularize the difference either in the form of a sale code, which allows you to have a sale of the same amount on a next order.

In case of an exchange for a more expensive product, we will send you an e-mail so that you can pay the price difference.
