How to place your order?

My Cart

Your bags and accessories are added to your cart and are reserved only for the time you are active on our site. After that, they will be offered again to other customers. If you wish to place your order at a later date, we cannot guarantee the future availability of the items in your cart.



​Modifying your order

You can add or remove items from your cart as long as your order is not validated. Once your order is placed, you will need to cancel it entirely if you wish to modify an item. If you wish to modify your delivery address, please cancel it entirely.



​Grouping your orders

We advise you to group your orders if this is not the case:

Your orders will be automatically grouped if you have placed multiple orders before 12pm, using the same carrier and delivery address. Any overcharged shipping costs will then be automatically refunded.



Validation of your order

Your order is validated from the moment you see it appear in your “MY ACCOUNT – MY ORDERS” area.

A confirmation email will also be sent to you, including your order number and a summary of your shopping cart. Please note that on some days, the email may take a few hours to be sent.



How to make a return?

​Making a return from France

You have 15 days after receiving your order to return your items for a refund or credit note if they do not suit you. Please note that used or damaged bags or accessories cannot be returned.



1 - Make your request
For a simplified return and a faster refund, you can register your return request on our site, in my “MY ACCOUNT-MY RETURNS” space.

You will only be able to register your return request once your order has been shipped. For any cancellation request and refund of a validated and already paid order, you must send an email to Brontibay; email in contact.



2 - If you drop off at our Paris store?
You can drop off your return directly at our NOSY BRONTIBAY store, at 13 rue Lafayette, 75009 Paris; How to proceed:

1 - Make your return request online,
2 - Drop off your items at the store,
3 - Reimbursement is immediate

Can't make it to our store?

Make a return from abroad (outside the European Union)

No returns or refunds are possible for your orders delivered internationally outside the European Union); These are delivered without VAT, you must ensure that you know the taxes applicable in your country of delivery, you are responsible for any applicable customs or local taxes and you undertake to pay them to official bodies. For these reasons and given the high delivery costs we cannot accept returns; except in the event of a defect or delivery error, in these two cases all costs will be borne by Brontibay.

We offer the option to save your payment information when placing your order. This will make it easier for you to place future orders.

To modify this information, go to your customer area.
Our site does not allow payments in installments.



Secure payment

We never have your banking information. Transactions are processed entirely through our partner PAYBOX's secure payment module. Your payment is completely secure.


Debit from my bank account

Your bank account will be debited upon validation of your order.



My payment was declined

If your payment was not successful, please feel free to place your order again using another payment method.

If, despite this, you are still unable to complete your order, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service at brontibay@boutique.fr. Our team will be happy to help you.



My Invoices

Your invoices are available in your “My Account / My Orders” area. Simply click on the order in question and download your invoice.



How to get a Brontibay bag or accessories repaired?

Is your bag or accessory defective or has it been accidentally damaged? You can have it repaired by bringing it to our store at 13 rue La Fayette, 75009 Paris.

- In the event of a manufacturing defect noted by our workshop, your item will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

- If the defects are due to wear and tear, the repair is chargeable. A quote will then be provided to you after collection of the bag or accessory. If it is too worn, it cannot be repaired and will then be returned to you in its original condition. You will be informed of the cost of the repairs and it is imperative to receive your written agreement before undertaking any repairs.

Create a Brontibay account

To create a Brontibay account, nothing could be simpler:
- Click on “connection” at the top right of the home page on your computer, or on the menu from your mobile.
- Enter your email address on the login page.
- Fill in the requested information and validate.



​Log in to my account

To log in to your Brontibay account, click on login at the top right of the home page on your computer, or on the menu from your mobile.



Receive the Brontibay newsletter

To receive our Newsletter, simply go to the home page, in the middle at the bottom of the page, "Subscribe and be the first to know" NEWSLETTER


If you do not receive our invitations, we invite you to first check your spam folder and add the address boutique@brontibay.fr to your address book.



Manage my delivery addresses

You can save your delivery addresses so you don't have to re-enter them when placing your order, or delete them. To do this, go to your "Access my account - My addresses" area.



Change my password & personal information

To change your password, go to your “Access my account-My personal information” area.
You also have the option to change or delete your personal information such as your date of birth, clothing/shoe size, phone number, etc.



My wishlist and my alerts

Got any favorite pieces? You can create your Wishlist by clicking on "CART" and "ADD TO MY WISHLIST" (the little heart on each product page). You can then find it in your "Access my account - My lists" area.
Edit it and share it by email with your loved ones. Please note that these articles are not reserved for you.

How do I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your Brontibay account, please contact us at boutique@brontibay.fr with your instructions; please note that this action will result in the loss of your entire order history.
